The 30-year-old occasionally shows on her social media how she trains, helping her maintain her flawless silhouette.

Recently, she posted short videos in her Instagram Story from the gym, showcasing exercises to strengthen her glutes under the supervision of her trainer.

Rodriguez did jump squats and sideways lunges with bent knees. She used a resistance band, which tones her legs and glutes, and a barbell for her workout.

Shortly after, a post-workout picture appeared on social media, showing Rodriguez examining the results of her hard work.

Rodriguez has now posted another photo from the training room. This time, she was sitting on a mat, likely marking the end of her workout and focusing on stretching.
