Ukrainian units, collaborating with other army elements, targeted the arsenal of the Russian 1046th logistics centre near Karachev. According to staff reports, twelve secondary explosions and detonations occurred at the target site, demonstrating the operation's effectiveness.

Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Centre for Counteracting Disinformation, confirmed the attack on the warehouse belonging to the Main Directorate of Rockets and Artillery of the Russian Ministry of Defence. The depot contained artillery ammunition from North Korea, guided aerial bombs, anti-aircraft missiles, and ammunition for multiple rocket launchers.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces declared their commitment to continue targeting Russian ammunition depots to curb Russia's aggression against Ukraine. They stressed their resolve to further weaken the opponent's military potential through precision strikes on strategic logistical targets.

Night exchange of blows between Ukraine and Russia

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Air Force reported that on the same night, Russia attacked the country using 87 Shahed-type unmanned aerial vehicles and other unidentified drones. The downing of 51 enemy machines was confirmed in the Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions.

Thanks to the effective use of electronic warfare measures, 30 Russian drones lost communication and were neutralized. One drone remains in Ukrainian airspace, and efforts to neutralize it continue.
