Two desserts in one: Ice cream cookie sandwiches steal the show

Ingredients:                    

• 200 grams of melted butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 100 grams of chocolate candies
• 1 bar of milk chocolate

Additional ingredients:  

• Vanilla ice cream
• Chocolate candies

Preparation:

Step 1: Pour the melted butter into a bowl. Add the white and brown sugar along with the vanilla extract. Mix and add eggs, cornstarch, all-purpose flour, and baking soda.

Step 2: Incorporate the chocolate candies and chopped chocolate into the batter and mix well. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Using a scoop, portion the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart. Put the sheet in an oven preheated to 175°C for 12 minutes.

Step 4: Smooth the edges of the baked cookies with a glass to ensure they are uniform in size. Once cooled, place a portion of ice cream on one cookie and cover it with another. Roll the sides in candies. Place in the freezer for half an hour.

Step 5: After 30 minutes, your ice cream cookie sandwiches are ready. Enjoy!
