If you cannot imagine your mornings without black coffee, try golden coffee with the addition of turmeric. It may seem insignificant, but when used regularly, it will positively affect your well-being and boost your energy.
What properties does turmeric coffee have?
The curcumin in turmeric inhibits the activity of inflammatory factors, thereby reducing inflammatory conditions in the body. Curcumin additionally affects the levels of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine, which are responsible for regulating emotions and motivation. Meanwhile, the caffeine present in coffee stimulates the nervous system and improves concentration and memory. Golden coffee can, therefore, be an excellent addition to mornings.
It's worth mentioning that golden coffee, thanks to curcumin, eases digestive problems and supports weight loss. Research shows that curcumin can influence fat metabolism. It can activate enzymes involved in the breakdown of fat cells, potentially supporting excess fat burning. Meanwhile, the coffee itself stimulates intestinal peristalsis.
Golden coffee, or coffee with turmeric: Recipe
Preparing turmeric coffee is extremely simple, but it is worth enriching the drink with other spicy seasonings. Moreover, research published in the scientific journal "Molecules" indicates that for better absorption of turmeric, it is good to combine it with milk or cream. This is due to the fat present in such a drink, which affects the absorption of curcumin. Turmeric is also recommended to be combined with pepper. Adding piperine found in pepper increases the absorption of turmeric in the intestines, enhancing its effect.
