Although we have coffee, many types of tea, and water available at the office, my colleague always brings her drink. She claims that it has significantly improved her figure, largely thanks to it. It’s great support on a weight loss diet.

One of the basic principles of a weight loss diet is to drink plenty of fluids. It improves metabolism, and a well-hydrated body functions better. Nutritionists recommend water first and foremost, but other drinks facilitate weight loss.

Not just water

During weight loss, we emphasize water but also support ourselves with teas and herbs. Juices? They are generally not recommended on a diet because many ready-made juices contain a lot of sugar. However, one juice has few calories, hydrates well, and can be recommended as support when we want to lose a few pounds quickly.

Forget about hunger

It's about birch sap, which can be consumed even daily when fighting against extra pounds. It is low in calories but also rich in vitamins and minerals. Significantly, it can also suppress appetite. This is influenced by chlorogenic acid, which stimulates fat metabolism, and as a result, we feel full longer and don't reach for snacks between meals. Additionally, birch sap contains enzymes that can speed up digestion. When we drink it, toxins and waste products from metabolism are also more efficiently removed from the body. This also has a significant impact on efficient pound loss. Birch sap during weight loss is a much better idea than drinking fruit juices or sometimes even fruit-vegetable juices.

Characteristic taste

Birch sap has a specific taste. You can add it to vegetable-fruit cocktails, protein smoothies, or lemonade to slightly reduce it. This drink will also work in oatmeal or chia seeds and flaxseed. Birch sap, or birch water, can already be purchased in most large stores. It’s worth choosing those without added sweeteners in the composition.
