On Friday, fans in Lisbon had the chance to see her live. Unfortunately, it seems that the organization failed, and the drama of the fans has already caught the attention of the media.

It's probably no surprise that the interest in Taylor's concerts is immense, attracting crowds worldwide. Therefore, it seems evident that the event must be well-organized. However, recordings from Portugal show that this was not the case. Fans had to endure long hours of standing in queues before the stadium and a significant delay.
One TikTok user captured the impatient crowd of the star's fans before the concert. This would not be unusual if it weren't for the fact that the recording was made 10 minutes before Taylor was scheduled to take the stage. People were not let into the venue on time, causing significant delays. The band Paramore, which was supposed to perform before Swift at 3 PM ET, eventually took the stage after 4 PM ET.
"We're herded cattle. There's absolute chaos," said one of the participants, who was quoted by USA Today Entertainment. "I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars to see Taylor. Please. I just want to be inside."
According to the media outlet, people had their water bottles taken away, and some jumped over the barriers, which no one controlled. Later, they changed their minds, and some fans were allowed to bring water in, and additional personnel were called in to help the crew. The concert attendees were surprised by how unprepared the organizers were for the event.
"In the end, they brought in more police and security. Football matches are held here every week. They also attract crowds, and somehow they manage it. Total chaos. I've never seen anything like this," said another person quoted by the same portal.
Of course, Taylor performed in front of the assembled audience, but there were still problems. The singer had to ask security to help the fans twice while performing songs on stage. Naturally, everything was captured for TikTok, and the recording was shared, among other things, on The Hollywood Reporter's profile.
