Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken breast,
- 6 potatoes,
- 4 cloves of garlic,
- oil for frying,
- 4 eggs,
- 4 tablespoons sour cream,
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise,
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika,
- 1 teaspoon curry,
- salt and pepper,
- parsley,
- a few slices of pickled pepper,
- 100 grams of matured cheese.
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and place them in a heated pan with oil. Sauté until browned.
- Add peeled and cubed potatoes and fry briefly.
- Add pressed or finely chopped garlic, mix, and fry for a few minutes.
- Transfer everything to an ovenproof dish.
- Place the chopped pepper on top.
- In a bowl, mix eggs with sour cream, mayonnaise, smoked paprika, curry, salt, and pepper. Add chopped parsley as well.
