Most of the ingredients are likely already in your home; just remember to take the chicken breast out of the freezer the night before and let it thaw in the fridge for a few hours. After work, it's just quick cutting, frying, and baking. Ewa Wachowicz's recipe is delicious, and it's proof that you don't need many ingredients to create a burst of flavour.

  • salt and pepper,
  • parsley,

  3. Add pressed or finely chopped garlic, mix, and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Transfer everything to an ovenproof dish.
  5. Place the chopped pepper on top.
  6. In a bowl, mix eggs with sour cream, mayonnaise, smoked paprika, curry, salt, and pepper. Add chopped parsley as well.
  7. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the ovenproof dish.
