- 500 grams (about 18 oz) of natural skyr,
- 3 eggs,
- 150 grams (about 5 oz) of sugar (or xylitol),

- 3 tablespoons of potato flour,
- 100 grams (about 3.5 oz) of digestive biscuits,
- 50 grams (about 2 oz) of butter.
