Humans are not the only beings who can feel attraction to the same sex. Spanish scientists have observed homosexuality among animals as well. Their research shows that about 1,500 species of animals exhibit sexual fluidity. The majority of homosexual behaviours have been observed among mammals - as much as 80% of those studied. The scientists reveal that the longer they observe the animal kingdom, the more examples of homosexuality they discover.
Farm of homosexual rams
Michael Stücke is a breeder from Germany. He runs an unusual farm called Rainbow Wool. He has two flocks of rams under his care. One has 240 heterosexual individuals and the other 20 homosexual ones. For the queer part of the flock, the breeder has created a safe space where they can enjoy freedom and be themselves. Additionally, he accepts new rams showing interest in the same sex from local shepherds.
Rainbow animals support LGBTQ+
The breeder created a wonderful idea to do something good for the LGBTQ+ community. All proceeds from the sale of wool from the homosexual rams are allocated to support queer people. His initiative is reaching an increasing number of people. Many internet users are enchanted by Michael's activities and are eager to adopt the animals virtually.
Recently, a special merchandise line featuring queer animal motifs has appeared on Rainbow Wool's Instagram. There are hats, patches, and even woollen shoelaces. Everything is sold for a noble cause.
