According to the partisans, this visit is related to the increasing number of sabotage acts involving military boats.

Sabotages could disrupt the attack

"Agents of the Atesh movement among Russian soldiers report that a commission from the Russian Ministry of Defence visited the 1196th motorized rifle regiment of the territorial forces in the occupied territory of the Kherson region," the statement said.

"Our data indicates that the commission's visit is directly related to the problems we wrote about earlier: the growing number of sabotage incidents involving watercraft and suicides among military personnel. These incidents undermine the discipline and combat effectiveness of the units, and the Russian command perceives them as a serious threat. They are convinced that this could disrupt the plans for a Russian offensive on the right bank of the Kherson region." the report reads.

The Russian command fears that this situation could seriously disrupt the offensive plans of the Russian forces on the right bank of the Kherson region.

"We urge Russian soldiers to follow the example of their comrades and destroy boats. It might save your life!" emphasized members of the Atesh movement.
