Rock leader reneges on tank bounty amid Abrams losses in Ukraine

As Radio Svoboda highlights, Vladimir Kiselev, the leader of the rock band "Zemliane," has declined to issue a reward to a Russian soldier who reportedly destroyed two American M1A1 Abrams tanks at the front line. This comes despite his prior assurance that he would immediately reward anyone who meets the challenge.

31 M1A1 Abrams tanks were sent to Ukraine. Initially, the M1A2 models were considered, but due to the urgent need, the older models were dispatched to the battlefield instead. The Ukrainians, focusing on speedy delivery, advocated for this switch, enabling the U.S. to provide support more quickly.

The Abrams tanks, commended by experts and Ukrainian soldiers alike, offer significantly improved operational comfort, enhanced equipment, and superior firepower compared to Soviet-era tanks. However, they've shown to be less durable than expected and have various vulnerabilities.

The Russians have successfully destroyed five Abrams tanks, with another three sustaining damage severe enough to withdraw them from combat temporarily. Two American military officials disclosed that this outcome led to a strategic decision to pull these tanks from the front line.

One Russian openly bragged about destroying two Abrams tanks at the front line, expecting a reward for his achievements. Unfortunately, he will not receive any compensation for his actions.

Also, Russia's shocking intentions have been unveiled. They plan to launch an attack in Europe, with preparations already in motion.

Vladimir Kiselev of the renowned rock band "Zemliane" has refused to compensate a Russian soldier known by the call sign "Desant," who claimed to have destroyed two American tanks.

The falsehood of a Russian. Refuses to pay for the destruction of tanks

This began when, at the International Economic Forum in Saint Petersburg last year, Kiselev publicly pledged to offer rewards to the Russian army for the destruction of Western tanks, a commitment soldiers are reminding him of today.

His bandmates have clarified that Kiselev's offer was solely for German Leopard tanks, excluding American Abrams tanks. However, a video from the forum shows Kiselev stating he would reward the destruction or capture of both Leopard and Abrams tanks.

Furthermore, Kiselev has chosen not to fulfil his publicly made promise to the soldiers.
