The mentioned incident occurred in the capital of Greenland. In the video that spread across the media, you can see Queen Maria standing in a crowd of onlookers when suddenly a scooter hits her. According to witnesses, the queen appeared very shaken but managed to remain calm and continue her duties without major issues. The royal family's communication department confirmed to the media that a minor incident occurred but assured that no one was injured.
It turned out that the scooter was driven by an elderly man who wanted to shake the queen's hand but instead... pressed the gas. As he later explained, "he didn't know what happened."
