Olsen twins break silence at Paris Fashion Week, reveal future plans

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were the most recognizable twins of the '80s and '90s. Thanks to the TV show "Full House," they achieved success as children and eventually became fashion icons. After their enormous success, the twins disappeared for years. They have now spoken out during Paris Fashion Week, where they showcased their brand, The Row.

At one point, Mary-Kate and Ashley were so popular that they even had a series of their own gadgets and "Mary-Kate and Ashley" dolls.

But Hollywood is ruthless. The twins are now 37 years old and are no longer as popular, unlike their younger sister, Elizabeth Olsen, who has, in recent years, played Wanda Maximoff in Marvel productions.

Fans called the famous twins to the stage

For several years, fans have wondered where the famous twins are and what they are doing, as information has been scarce.

Even the twins' sister, Elizabeth, caught some heat. Under her post about the directorial debut of the youngest Olsen, "His Three Daughters" with Natasha Lyonne and Carrie Coon, someone asked, "Where are Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen?".

Luckily, fans didn't have to wonder much longer, as both sisters gave an interview about their fashion brand. The Row was established in 2006 and focuses on exclusive yet essential everyday items and clothing.

Now the sisters and their brand, The Row, were not only featured at Paris Fashion Week but also opened a store in Paris.

We wanted to be in Paris before we opened in London, but we didn't find anything here first. Then, 18 months ago, a friend told us about this place - the twins admitted.

As usual, they were reserved and did not want to disclose details about their private lives.

Mary-Kate divorced Olivier Sarkozy in 2021. There are rumours that she is now dating art dealer PC Valmorbida. Ashley has been in a relationship with Louis Eisner since 2022. They had a child in August 2023.

The actresses were asked in 2021 why they haven't appeared on the red carpet for years.

We were raised to be discreet people - Mary-Kate replied at the time.
