Natural aphid control: Attracting ladybugs with bright ribbons

Aphids can really harm plants in our gardens. These reproducing insects destroy plant leaves, thus wasting our efforts to keep them in the best possible condition. However, pests can be easily eliminated in a completely natural way.

Aphids are small but very troublesome insects. This is well known to everyone who has gardens or orchards. The reproducing insects can significantly harm plants, greatly reducing their ability to yield produce. Besides that, aphids can make certain parts of the plants, such as leaves, inedible.

There are many ways to combat aphids. Some people use conventional sprays, so choosing the right substance will surely help deal with the problem. If someone is keen on organic cultivation, they use decoctions mainly based on herbs, baking soda, dish soap, or soap.

However, there is an even simpler way to deal with aphids in a completely natural manner without the need for treatments. How can you get rid of aphids without spraying?

Ecological way to combat aphids

We are talking about a light ribbon. This is all it takes to deal with aphids.

Bright yellow ribbons hung on selected plants can attract ladybugs to the spot. The larvae of these insects can eat hundreds of aphids within a day. It's hard to find a better advertisement for this method of combating aphids than its high effectiveness. It may turn out that a bright ribbon is a better solution than spraying.
