Aleksandar Mitrović has already amassed an impressive real estate collection. The Serbian footballer decided to invest in another unique property: a castle that can be turned into a spa resort.

Aleksandar Mitrović's castle does not have a long history. According to the portal mondo.rs, its construction began in 1974 but was not completed due to the investor's death. His descendants moved to the United States, leaving the building unfinished for several decades.

The property attracted the attention of footballer Aleksandar Mitrović. The advantage of the Tosina spa is its access to spring with medicinal water, making it an ideal candidate for a spa resort. Guests will be able to relax and be surrounded by nature.

The 29-year-old Aleksandar Mitrović paid about 4 million Canadian dollars for the castle.

Since 2023, Aleksandar Mitrović has played for the Al-Hilal club from Saudi Arabia. The Serb signed a lucrative contract with them, where he is to earn around 28 million Canadian dollars per season. The athlete likes to invest this money in real estate, primarily in his homeland and other Balkan countries.

Aleksandar Mitrović owns a luxurious building in his hometown of Smederevo and two apartments in the centre of Belgrade. In them, he enjoys the perks of using jacuzzis. The footballer also owns his own hotel and is already looking for more properties, including in Montenegro.

Time will tell if the athlete transforms the Tosina Spa into a lively resort. For now, he has not yet started a thorough renovation. The investment was significant, so Aleksandar Mitrović likely has plans to utilize the five-storey castle.
