Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, once again finds herself in the spotlight, though likely not for a reason that would please her. The Daily Beast reports serious allegations from Markle's former staffers. One even described her as a "demon."

The issue of Meghan Markle's mistreatment of employees returns like a boomerang. This time, it resurfaced due to accounts from the Duchess's former employees, who revealed details of their collaboration with the prince's wife in a conversation with the Daily Beast. "There definitely were bad, very bad, even psycho moments," said a former employee, as quoted by the New York Post.

"I witnessed people being chewed up in person and over the phone and made to feel [terrible]," recounted a former employee of Meghan Markle. "It was an incredibly fraught time and I’m inclined to give her the benefit of the doubt. She has said herself she was suicidal at times," he added.

Another source, who allegedly worked with Markle before her marriage to Harry in 2018, described her as a "narcissist." Another employee of Meghan went a step further, calling his former boss a "demon." "She is lovely when it is all going her way but a demon when the worm turns," he stated.

Another source claimed that Meghan Markle hurled insults at a florist for half an hour because the florist had disclosed an inconsequential detail about a bouquet she was preparing for her. The New York Post adds that many people vowed never to work with her again, despite the prestige of having such a well-known client.

Conflicting reports on Meghan Markle

Us Weekly published an article that cast Markle in a much better light. Ben Browning, who worked on a Netflix documentary in 2022 about Meghan and Harry, described his experience as "positive." Catherine St-Laurent, a former chief of staff, said, "The time I spent working with Prince Harry and Meghan was incredibly meaningful to me."

Ashley Hansen, global press secretary for the Sussexes, spoke of Markle's touching personal gestures, such as sending flowers and packages while recovering from surgery. This contradicts the reports from Hollywood Reporter.

She belittles people, she doesn't take advice," said a source close to the couple. "They're both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person-no airs at all-but he's very much an enabler. And she's just terrible," revealed a source to the Hollywood Reporter.

In 2018, Buckingham Palace conducted an investigation into Markle's treatment of two royal aides, which was described as "bullying." The Palace never disclosed the investigation's findings. Markle herself called these accusations a "calculated smear campaign."
