Every bite is full of flavour, and the ingredients complement rather than compete with each other, creating a cohesive dish.
Lviv salad
The salad's main ingredient is herring, which, along with red beets, potatoes, pickles, and apples, creates an extraordinary flavour composition. All of this is enveloped in a creamy sour cream and mustard sauce, giving the dish a unique aroma. The salad looks beautiful in the bowl, and the herring is not off-putting in smell.
