On Thursday, Jill Biden landed in the capital of France. As she exited the plane, she was spotted wearing a white baseball cap and purple pants and waved cheerfully at the photographers. The First Lady of the United States then met with American track and field athletes and gave a speech. She wore a shirt dress with butterflies and high heels for the meeting, which she later swapped for sneakers.
