The well-known Instagram model, Luisa Kremleva, has become embroiled in a legal case following false accusations of rape and physical violence against AC Milan defender Theo Hernandez.

This incident occurred in 2017 when Kremleva alleged that the footballer sexually assaulted her in a high-end Porsche Cayenne near a prestigious Spanish nightclub.

Hernandez acknowledged having sexual relations with the model but insisted it was consensual. Meanwhile, Kremleva claimed that the footballer later pushed her out of the vehicle, purportedly causing her knee injuries.

During a press interview, she stated: "I have proof of the attack which are on my backside and my knees. I would love it if Theo apologised. It’s the least I deserve."

Despite these accusations, Hernandez was never arrested, and the Spanish police launched an investigation. However, the court eventually dismissed the case as no evidence was found to support the model's allegations.

Kremleva's court case

Luisa Kremleva gained popularity through appearances on Spanish television programs, but her image has been tarnished after numerous court summonses, which she often failed to attend.

In 2020, media reported her arrest, which was denied by both her and her mother. Her mother stated on Spanish television, "My daughter is not under arrest. She went to pick up a court notification. With time the truth is going to come out."

Kremleva also addressed the matter on her social media, stating: "I have not been arrested. I have not been convicted of any crime. The truth will come out."

According to information obtained by "The Sun," the model's trial is scheduled for October 28 at the court in Malaga on the Costa del Sol. In local time, this would be 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

To date, neither party has filed a motion to suspend the trial. It is also uncertain whether Theo Hernandez must appear in person or give testimony via video conference.
