Horrific missile attack on Kyiv children's hospital leaves 10 dead
In Kyiv, there was a horrific missile attack on the Ochmatdyt Children's Hospital. Russia struck the facility, destroying the oncology and ICU wards. Dozens of people were injured, and ten died under the hospital's rubble, including many children. One of the victims is a 30-year-old doctor from Lviv.

Russia once again attacked civilian infrastructure in Ukraine. After the missile attack on the children's hospital in Kyiv, ten people died, and up to 35 were injured. The incident occurred on Monday when a Kh-101 missile hit the hospital building, causing severe damage and destruction.
According to the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU), two staff members were killed, and 16, including seven children, were seriously injured. Four people, including three children, were rescued from the rubble. Unfortunately, the damage toll quickly turned tragic.
The TV station "Belsat" reports that one of the fatal victims is a young doctor, Svitlana Lukianchuk, from Lviv. In the Kyiv hospital, she worked as a pediatric nephrologist. The city's mayor announced her death. Her aunt raised Svitlana because she lost her parents at a young age. She will be buried next to them in the Holosivskyi cemetery.

According to the portal i.pl, after Russia attacked the hospital in the Ukrainian capital, the most affected departments were the pediatric oncology and intensive care units.
One of the heartbreaking photographs shows children with cancer who survived the shelling and were brought outside. Frightened, they sat under the remaining walls, receiving IV drips.

International humanitarian organizations are calling for an immediate cessation of hostilities to allow medical aid and the evacuation of civilians from affected areas.
