Spain battles the disaster
Spanish media reported that the devastating natural disaster has already claimed the lives of over 70 people, and this number may rise further. In addition, there is significant material damage. Under such circumstances, soccer and other sports competitions have taken a back seat.
The match between Manises and Getafe will not take place. Coach Santi Marin said organizing a match is impossible in the city of Torrent, located about 10 kilometres from Valencia, one of the areas most affected by the disaster.
