Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum have finally agreed after a long court battle over the rights to millions from the "Magic Mike" movies. Thus, they finalized their divorce after six years. The actress posted a picture that says a lot about how she feels. Another star is in it.

The dispute between Dewan and Tatum lasted for years. The former spouses fought over intellectual property rights and the division of profits from the success of the "Magic Mike" film franchise. The agreement's details have not been disclosed, but both sides have signed a binding court judgment that settles the dispute. As a result, the trial, which was scheduled for December, has been canceled.

Since announcing their separation in 2018, Jenna and Channing have communicated through lawyers. The couple quickly agreed regarding caring for their daughter, currently 11-year-old Everly. Both quickly started new lives. Dewan got engaged to actor Steve Kazee, with whom she had two children. Tatum got involved with actress and director Zoë Kravitz.

Expressive reaction of Dewan

The main conflict concerned the "Magic Mike" franchise, which was based on Tatum's experiences as a stripper. Dewan claimed that the revenues from this project were financed with the couple's joint money during their 10-year marriage. The project includes two sequels, the HBO reality show "Finding Magic Mike," and live performances in Las Vegas.

Dewan's lawyer, Samantha Spector, alleged in court documents that Tatum's legal team "deprived Jenna of a fair and equal share of the community estate, and he is prejudicing her every day that this case continues." Tatum assured in court documents that Dewan had full access to all their financial records during the marriage and after the separation. His lawyer, Jacqueline Combs, stated that most of the revenues from "Magic Mike" came after their separation.

The agreement's terms are unknown, but it is known how Jenna reacted to the end of the court battle and the divorce. Dewan posted a picture of Nicole Kidman from 2001. The actress jumps for joy on the street in the photograph, which has long become a meme on the Internet. This was how Kidman celebrated her divorce from Tom Cruise. Dewan experienced similar emotions.
