Emilia, known on TikTok as @rose.maryplace, shared details of her unusual hair care routine. For 40 days, she hasn't used shampoo or conditioner, washing her hair only with warm water. "The hair has gotten used to it and looks very nice," she admitted in a video.

It's hard to imagine hair care without using shampoo or conditioner. Emilia, who runs the @rose.maryplace account on TikTok, is experimenting with her hair. She has abandoned store-bought cosmetics in favour of natural ingredients.

Currently, she limits herself to washing her hair with warm water and brushing it thoroughly before washing it. She also applies flaxseed gel to her hair and scalp. Recently, she showed the condition of her hair.

She hasn't washed her hair with shampoo for 40 days

In previous videos, Emilia revealed that even natural shampoos dried out her hair, so she decided to experiment. For over 40 days, she hasn't used shampoo or conditioner, and she shows how her hair looks now.

"The hair has gotten used to it and looks very nice. It is neither very dry nor oily. I wash it daily with warm water and sometimes apply flaxseed gel before washing," Emilia said.

The TikToker also admitted that she doesn't have dandruff and her scalp is doing well. "I think I will stick with this method," she concluded.

This is how she cares for her hair

She starts her routine by thoroughly brushing her hair with a regular comb. Then, she applies cooled flaxseed gel to the strands. She keeps it on her hair for about 30 minutes. After that, she rinses the mixture under running water, massaging her scalp in circular motions.

The next step is to soak her hair in rosemary rinse. To prepare it, she needs 125 mL of rosemary water and 500 mL of water. The TikToker also does vinegar rinses once every two weeks to cleanse her scalp. What do you think about this experiment?
