The 26-year-old filed a petition in a New York court on Friday, seeking full custody of her son, referred to in court documents as R.S.C., and requesting a paternity test for Musk.

As part of the evidence attached to the paternity petition, St. Clair shared a photo of Musk holding her son, who was born in September of last year. The lawsuit also included—according to her claims—text messages from the time after the child's birth, including one from the day he was born.

St. Clair sent Musk a picture of her holding the newborn in the hospital. Musk responded: "Is everything okay?" To which St. Clair replied: "He's perfect." The billionaire, now one of Trump's most significant collaborators, added: "I can't wait to see you this weekend."

In another message, St. Clair sent Musk a selfie with a friend, to which the billionaire responded: "Hi, cutie." St. Clair replied: "Hi, see you soon."

Controversial relations between Musk and St. Clair

Other messages show Musk expressing concerns about the threat of assassination, claiming he is "number two after Trump for assassination." He wrote to her: "This is not the time for sentiment at the expense of safety." St. Clair replied: "That's why the father spot on his birth certificate is blank, right now, E. And why he has my last name."

St. Clair claims that Musk met the boy only three times and that she makes all the decisions regarding the child. She also argues that Musk was not present at their child's birth and has shown no interest in caring for him. According to court documents, St. Clair believes the child was conceived on the island of St. Barths.

Request for a genetic test

St. Clair is requesting a genetic test, stating that she is not married to the defendant or anyone else and had no relations with any other man at the time of conception. She insists on the test to confirm the child's paternity.

In her custody suit, St. Clair writes that it is in the best interest of the child for her to have sole legal and physical custody. She claims that Musk met the boy for the first time on September 21, 2024, in New York, where she lives, for two hours. The next day they spent an hour together, followed by a trip to Austin, Texas, where the billionaire met the boy for 30 minutes.

In a Valentine's Day post, St. Clair revealed that she had given birth five months earlier, naming Elon Musk as the father. She explained that she had initially kept the news private to protect her child's safety and privacy. However, with tabloids preparing to reveal the information regardless of potential harm, she decided to address it herself. Emphasizing her commitment to providing a normal and secure upbringing, she urged the media to respect her child's privacy and avoid intrusive coverage.

Shortly after the announcement, Musk posted a cryptic response on X to a fan who stated that "yet another child" is one of the billionaire's "side missions." The 53-year-old reacted with a laughing-crying emoji.

The "Daily Mail" revealed that a year ago, St. Clair moved to a luxury apartment in Manhattan near City Hall, which costs between $16,000 and $20,000 CAD a month.
