- 140 g of kataifi pastry
- 40 g of butter
- 85 g of pistachio cream
Dubai chocolate preparation
To prepare Dubai chocolate, chop 450 g of chocolate and melt half of it in a bain-marie. Coat a mould with the liquid chocolate and place it in the refrigerator to set. Cut filo or kataifi pastry into thin strips and fry until golden brown, adding butter to make it crispy, then mix it with pistachio cream. Place the resulting filling on the set chocolate in the mould. Melt the remaining chocolate and pour it over the top of the filling, refrigerating the entire creation to set.
