At the beginning of June, the youngest celebrate their holiday. It is a great occasion to spend time with them, filled with numerous attractions and delicious recipes.
Since we're talking about such solutions, a genius dessert in an exciting version must be on your list. It just so happens that I have three exciting proposals for you that will be perfect for this role. Not only will there be plenty of colours and sweet accents, but the base of each milkshake will be made from fresh fruits and healthy additions. A milkshake with strawberries, blueberries, or maybe a banana? Which one will become your favourite combination?
Milkshakes prepared in 3 interesting ways. No child will be able to resist them
Ingredients:
Strawberry shake:
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1/2 cup of almond flakes
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 cup of ice
- 300 ml of plant-based milk
Additions:
- 60 grams of melted white chocolate
- mini marshmallows
- mini croissant
- strawberry
- whipped cream
- colourful sprinkles
Blueberry shake:
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of pistachios
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 cup of ice
- 300 ml of plant-based milk
Additions:
- 60 grams of melted milk chocolate
- mini cereals
- blueberries
- whipped cream
- colourful sprinkles
- cocoa cookies
- fresh mint leaf
Banana shake:
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of dark cocoa
- 1 cup of ice
- 300 ml of plant-based milk
Additions:
- 60 grams of melted dark chocolate
- mini breakfast balls
- whipped cream
- savoiardi biscuits
- colourful sprinkles
- fresh mint leaf
Preparation Method:
Step 1: Start by decorating the glasses in which the shakes will be served. Melt three types of chocolate: white, milk, and dark. Use a pastry brush to spread the chocolate layer on the top edge of the glass, then sprinkle each with selected additions: mini marshmallows, breakfast flakes, and mini breakfast balls.
Step 2: First, prepare the strawberry milkshake. Use a blender to combine fruits without green hulls, almond flakes, flaxseed, honey, ice, and plant-based milk.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into a glass decorated with white chocolate and colourful marshmallows. Then decorate with whipped cream, strawberry, mini croissant, and colourful sprinkles.
Step 4: It's time for the blueberry shake. Blend fresh blueberries, pistachios, flaxseed, honey, ice, and plant-based milk in a blender.
Step 5: Pour the blueberry milkshake into a glass with milk chocolate and breakfast flakes. Decorate with whipped cream, blueberries, cocoa cookies, colourful sprinkles, and a leaf of fresh mint.
Step 6: Lastly, prepare the banana milkshake. Blend walnuts, bananas, flaxseed, dark cocoa, honey, ice, and plant-based milk.
Step 7: Pour the mixture into a glass decorated with dark chocolate and breakfast balls. Add whipped cream, saviour biscuits, colourful sprinkles, and fresh mint. And that's all. Enjoy!
