Crumb Topping

  • 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour,
  • 1/4 cup of semolina flour,
  • 1/3 cup of sugar,
  • 1/3 cup of butter,

  1. Start with the crumb topping. Add all-purpose flour and semolina flour, sugar, chopped almonds, and room-temperature butter in a bowl. Knead them together.
  2. Cut the strawberries: dice half of them into small pieces and cut the remaining ones in half.
