Czech twist on classic potato pancakes: A crispy, savory delight
If you are bored with regular potato pancakes, check out this article. We will show you how to prepare a simple Czech dish. Potato pancakes are a real masterpiece in the Czech Republic!
In addition to eggs, flour (this time potato flour), spices, and potatoes, they add a bit of smoked bacon and milk in the Czech Republic. These ingredients make our vegetable pancakes reach a whole new dimension: they are incredibly crispy, slightly saltier, and more prosperous than those we usually eat. They undoubtedly taste best in a savoury form, so instead of adding a sour cream dollop on top, choose a sauce. Maybe chanterelle sauce? After all, the season for these tasty mushrooms will soon start. In any case, we leave this decision to you!
