Quick oil-based apple cake. Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs,
- 180 grams of sugar,
- 250 millilitres of oil,
- 250 grams of flour,
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
- 2 large apples,
- 1 tablespoon of sugar + 1 flat teaspoon of cinnamon,
- powdered sugar for dusting the cake.
Preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar until a fluffy mass is formed. Then, gradually add oil while continuously mixing.
- Sift the flour, add baking powder, and then mix with the wet ingredients with a spoon until a thick batter is formed.
- Peel and slice the apples, then sprinkle them with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Arrange the apples on the batter.
- Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 175°C (350°F).
- Dust the finished oil-based apple cake with powdered sugar.
