All you need to do is combine it with an egg and your favourite spices, bake it, and it's ready. This quick breakfast is perfect for busy days, especially when the bread box greets us with only crumbs.
Remember to prepare this bread a bit earlier. It must cool down before combining it with additions. It's perfect for breakfast, dinner, or as a healthy snack between meals.
Ingredients
- 7 oz of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- your favourite spices (e.g., smoked paprika, herbes de Provence, garlic)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F, using the "top-bottom" mode.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, until the bread is golden brown.
Wrap the cooled bread in cling wrap and store it in the fridge for up to three days. However, it disappears much faster – it's simply delicious.
