These treats are a sweet surprise with an irresistible strawberry inside. They look adorable, and their taste will make everyone melt with delight. You can serve them to your kids, bring them to a meeting with friends, take them to work, or even treat the pickiest mother-in-law. After one bite, everyone says, "Wow," and then you only hear requests for the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 225 grams of soft butter
  • 20 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 800 grams of oats
  • 100 millilitres of black coffee
  • 300 grams of strawberries
  • 200 grams of coconut shavings

Instructions:

Step 1. Transfer the soft butter to a large bowl. Add cocoa, vanilla sugar, and oats. Brew 100 millilitres of black coffee—the stronger it is, the more intense its flavour in the cake. Let it cool, and add it to the butter mixture. Mix until the ingredients are combined. You can use a dough hook attachment, but kneading the dough by hand works, too.

Step 2. Form a ball from the dough and wrap it in plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 3. Meanwhile, wash, dry, and hull the strawberries. Once the dough has chilled, remove it from the refrigerator and unwrap it from the plastic wrap. Tear off pieces of dough, flatten them in your hands, place a strawberry inside, and cover it with the dough, forming a ball.
