How to prepare a chaga infusion?

Chaga is available in powdered form or in larger pieces used to prepare infusions, according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Chaga extracts are also available in capsules, providing an ideal alternative for people seeking methods to support their health. However, it is advisable to consult a doctor first, especially for individuals with diabetes or those taking anticoagulant medications.
