Eventually I was so exhausted and started breathing heavily. I just could not position myself in a way I could get out, so I just sat in the shower for 11 hours – he recalled.

This traumatic experience motivated Casey to change his lifestyle drastically. He applied to the mentioned television show and underwent bariatric surgery. Then, he strictly followed dietary recommendations and exercised regularly.

The transformation didn't happen overnight; it required many months of hard work, but the result was spectacular. The 39-year-old Casey shed massive excess weight, and although he still has excess loose skin, he reflects on his transformation decision only in superlatives.
