Have you ever wondered how to keep your towel clean during a day at the beach? Or maybe you struggle with the problem of sand that's hard to remove afterward? Discover practical tips that will help you relax during your vacation.

Vacations are a time when we can enjoy warm sand, blue waves, and the sun's rays. It's the perfect moment for relaxation, fun, and unwinding. However, to fully enjoy this magical period, it's worth knowing a few tried-and-true tricks and hacks that will make your holiday even more enjoyable.

Fitted sheet

Imagine lying on a blanket or towel, sunbathing and enjoying the summer sun. It seems like it will be the perfect day at the beach. Unfortunately, the wind suddenly starts to blow, and the sand begins to settle on your towel.

In such a situation, a fitted sheet can be the solution. Spread it out on the sand with the outside facing down, and then weigh it down by placing items, such as a backpack or beach bag, in the corners. Lift the sides of the sheet so that the airborne sand has much less chance of getting inside.

Bucket of water

Wondering why it's worth taking a bucket to the beach? Simply fill it with water and place it next to your towel to create an excellent spot for rinsing your feet. If you combine this with the fitted sheet trick, your spot will stay clean all day.

Removing sand after leaving the beach is often painful and problematic. However, there is a simple way to make this process easier—baby powder, which is a tool for fighting unwanted sand.

Baby powder contains ingredients such as cornstarch or talc, which help reduce friction between the skin and sand. Just sprinkle powder on the sand-covered skin and gently rub it in. The sand will start to painlessly peel off your skin, leaving it smooth to the touch. However, remember that baby powder does not replace regular washing and cleaning of the skin. Be sure to wash your body after returning from the beach.
