Summer dessert: creamy no-bake cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 4 packs of flavoured gelatin,
- 600 grams cream cheese,
- 1250 millilitres boiling water.
Preparation:
- Dissolve two packs of gelatin (I used one orange and one strawberry) separately, each in 375 millilitres of boiling water. Then, pour the gelatin into a mould and set it aside to cool.
- Dissolve the remaining gelatin packs (I used unflavoured) in a slightly smaller amount of hot water, approximately 500 millilitres.
- Beat the cream cheese quickly and gradually add the still-liquid unflavoured gelatin.
- Take out the orange and strawberry gelatin and cut them into smaller pieces. Then, add them to the cream cheese mixture. Mix and pour everything into a mould. Smooth the surface and put it in the fridge.
- After a few hours, take it out, and it’s ready.
