- 200 grams mozzarella cheese,
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley,

- 1/2 tablespoon dried ground onion,
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper,
- Salt and pepper to taste,
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
- Chop the onion into thin strips.
