Zucchini brownie — recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis,
- 500 grams of flour,
- 60 grams of butter,
- 3 eggs,
- 120 grams of cocoa (about ½ cup),
- 250 grams of sugar or erythritol (about 1 cup),
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
Preparation:
- Wash, dry, and grate the zucchinis on a coarse grater.
- Place them in a sieve to remove excess water.
- Take a large bowl and place the beaten eggs and sugar in it. Mix the whole thing into a fluffy mass.
- Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa, soda, and melted butter. Mix again.
- Finally, add the zucchini. Pour the ready batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place it in an oven preheated to 185°C (365°F), heating top and bottom. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy!
