Currently, these changes are exclusive to participants of the Windows Insider program and can be found in the Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.4440 (KB5045889). Microsoft notes that these individual features are being gradually made available to more users over time.

The changes are already visible on the system login screen. Microsoft has introduced new iconography, which, according to a press release, is "adapted to the contemporary standards of visual design in Windows."
Other authentication screens, such as those in the Microsoft Store or the login panel using access keys, have also been redesigned.
The update includes bug fixes and improvements, addressing issues like crashes of the touch keyboard.
The timeline for when the refreshed Windows Hello interface will be available to all Windows 11 users is still unclear, but it is expected to happen within a few months.
