Why should you use the avocado pit?

The avocado pit contains fibre, antioxidants, and healthy fats that can benefit the body. It also contains many phytochemicals that exhibit anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Consuming it appropriately can support heart health, aid digestion, and strengthen immunity. Although it is not as tasty as the flesh, its nutritional value makes it worth incorporating into your diet.

How to use the avocado pit?
