"Last night, 'logistics center no. 43' of the enemy's oil storage facility in Wozy in the Kursk region of Russia was successfully attacked. According to intelligence, the attack resulted in a fire at the enemy facility," read the official message from the General Staff.

The Security Service of Ukraine organized the attack with the involvement of other formations belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Detailed data regarding the effects of the operation are currently being collected.

Another attack on strategic infrastructure

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine expressed determination to continue actions aimed at weakening both the military and economic positions of the Russian occupying forces.

A similar explosion occurred last Sunday. Three tanks in a fuel depot in the Kursk region in the European part of Russia caught fire due to an attack by Ukrainian drones.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine claimed responsibility for the attack on the Russian oil depot. "A successful result of the well-coordinated work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: another strategic target of the Russian occupiers, the oil depot in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, was hit," read the statement from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
