According to users, loading messages and searching for content in the mailbox is difficult—the process stops halfway and does not complete the search. Many who tried to access their mail encountered an error message.
Microsoft informed users that they are working on resolving the issue.
"We have identified a problem that we believe impacted the application's performance. We have begun rolling back the change and are investigating what additional actions are required to mitigate the issue," Microsoft announced on platform X.
