The conflict in Ukraine has persisted for two years. Throughout this period, the Ukrainian military has frequently showcased the effective deployment of drones.

Military-grade Bayraktars are increasingly being substituted with smaller commercial drones equipped with payloads. This approach decreases the cost of warfare while enhancing accessibility and, consequently, the quantity of drones.

Drones capably take down Russian boats

The latest video released by the Ukrainian military highlights their combat efficiency. It demonstrates the destruction of a Russian boat through FPV (first-person view) drone technology, leading to the sinking of the ship with seven soldiers onboard.

This operation also underscores the significant skills possessed by Ukrainian soldiers. They could target and shoot down the fast-moving boat, showcasing the evolving dynamics of the battlefield and the requisite soldier proficiency.

Recognizing their effectiveness, Ukrainians have started producing drones themselves. Notably, at the start of the conflict, production was rudimentary, often taking place in garages and initially met with skepticism by the authorities in Kyiv.
