Trump's triumph: Kremlin optimistic amid election forecasts

Everything indicates that Donald Trump has defeated Kamala Harris and won the presidential election in the USA. American forecasts are very pleasing to the Kremlin. Dmitry Medvedev suggested that Trump will suspend the support the USA provides to Ukraine. "As a businessman to the core, he mortally dislikes spending money on various hangers–on and stupid hanger-on allies," he wrote. He emphasized that the goals of the special military operation will remain unchanged and will be achieved.

Many pieces of information provided by Russian media or government officials are part of propaganda. Such reports are part of the information warfare conducted by the Russian Federation.

"Kamala is finished... Let her keep cackling infectiously. The objectives of the Special Military Operation remain unchanged and will be achieved," declared the former president of Russia in a post on platform X.

Medvedev posted a more extensive comment on Telegram. "Trump has one useful quality for us: as a businessman to the core, he mortally dislikes spending money on various hangers–on and stupid hanger-on allies, on bad charity projects and on voracious international organisations," he wrote.

In the past, Trump has repeatedly accused NATO allies of spending too little on defence. He also claimed that the United States had allocated more funds to help Ukraine than EU countries.

"The question is how much Trump will be forced to give to the war. He's stubborn, but the system is stronger," Medvedev wrote, ending his post.
