Trump vows immediate end to Ukraine war if re‑elected

Former President of the United States, Donald Trump, has announced once again that, if re-elected as the leader of the USA, he will immediately end the war in Ukraine. "We don't even have to send soldiers," he emphasized.

Donald Trump spoke on Wednesday during a rally in Asheboro, North Carolina. "Starting the moment I lift my hand from the Bible after taking the oath of office, I will move to restore America to maximum strength and return the world to peace. We're going to return the world to peace," the politician said.

Moreover, he promised to bring a "quick end to the war" in Ukraine even before formally taking office, describing the conflict in Ukraine as absurd.

Trump attacked the Democrats

In a speech primarily dedicated to security and foreign policy, the former president argued that due to the "stupidity" of the ruling Democrats, whom he called "idiots," the world is on the brink of World War III, and expressed his belief that China intends to attack Taiwan.

In his speech, the Republican candidate claimed - as he did in 2020 - that he "has enough votes" to win the election and can only lose if Democrats commit voter fraud.

"Our primary focus is not to get out the vote, it is to make sure they don’t cheat," he added.
