Tragic Ukraine crash claims 14 lives, including a child
A tragic crash in the Rivne region of Ukraine. Fourteen people were killed in a collision between a tanker and a minibus. Among the victims is a 6-year-old child.

The accident occurred on Saturday around 9:45 a.m. (Eastern Time) on the Horodyszcze-Rivne-Starokonstantyniv route. Near the village of Verkhiv, the tanker collided with a minibus.
"Rescuers who arrived at the scene determined that there was an accident involving a truck and a minibus of the Mercedes Sprinter brand," reported the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in a published statement.
Fourteen people killed
The services reported that as a result of the collision, fourteen people died, including a 6-year-old child. Among the victims are the drivers of both vehicles and twelve passengers of the destroyed minibus.
Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko stated on social media that the police are investigating the causes of the accident.
"One woman survived, and doctors are fighting for her life. Condolences to the victims' families," wrote the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on Telegram.
