How to use persimmons?

This is a true superfruit, full of vitamins and minerals. It's rich in vitamins A, C, and E, antioxidants, and fibre, making it a great addition to a healthy diet. Thanks to its high fibre content, persimmons aid digestion and regulate blood sugar levels.

Ripe persimmons have an intense orange colour and a soft flesh that resembles jelly or soft butter. The taste of persimmons is very distinctive and hard to compare to other fruits. It's sweet, slightly caramel-like, with a hint of honey.

Preparation Method:

Step 2. Carefully transfer the baked persimmons to a bowl. Add the broken pieces of chocolate and blend the entire mixture until smooth.
