Seagal receives Russian order again, warns of global threats
Steven Seagal has become a collector of Russian honors. As he did last year, the former Hollywood star received the Order of Friendship from Vladimir Putin. Later, he delivered a propaganda speech in which he claimed that Ukraine was known for, among other things, child sex trafficking, Nazism, and fascism.

Last year, the Russian leader awarded Seagal the highest state honor for, as stated in the decree, "a great contribution to the development of international cultural and humanitarian cooperation" and "many years of fruitful activity." In response, the Hollywood actor called himself "100 percent Russophile and a million percent Russian."
A few months later, the situation escalated, prompting stronger rhetoric. After the President of Russia personally pinned the Order of Friendship to his chest, Steven Seagal delivered a brief propaganda speech crossing further boundaries of decency.
"Before the special operation, Ukraine was known for human trafficking, organ trafficking, drug trafficking, child sex trafficking, biochemical weapon labs, fascism, and Nazism," Seagal read aloud.
The Orders of Friendship were awarded at the Kremlin. The former action movie hero was again recognized for his "significant contribution to the development of international cultural and humanitarian cooperation."
In his speech, Seagal added that efforts are still being made "to make the people of Ukraine our brothers." He warned that "poisons can affect the entire world, not just us." The medal recipient also cautioned that "the entire world is at risk of dangerously close involvement in a third world war."
