Russian soldiers release horrifying video aimed at Ukrainians

Russian soldiers recorded a terrifying video aimed at Ukrainians. Particularly horrifying is the severed head that served as a ghastly exhibit in the video. "This will happen every time we meet," says the man in the Russian uniform.

Many pieces of information disseminated by Russian media or government representatives are part of propaganda. Such reports are part of the information warfare conducted by the Russian Federation.

In the video published online, a Russian soldier appears in front of a head impaled on a stake, reportedly belonging to a Ukrainian soldier. The authors of the video are said to be soldiers of the 155th Marine Brigade. The video was supposedly shot in the Belgorod region, near the Kolotilovka checkpoint, where recent battles have occurred, reports Belsat, citing the DeepState project.

Swift response from Ukraine

After the shocking video surfaced, the Ukrainian General Prosecutor's Office announced the initiation of preliminary proceedings regarding the "violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder."

The Ukrainian Ombudsman, Dmytro Lubinets, also contacted the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross. His report concerns the violation of international humanitarian law.
