Drying laundry in the fall is a real challenge, especially if we don't have a tumble dryer. However, this process can be significantly accelerated. Try the brilliant tip from a TikToker, and wet clothes will dry quickly.

Neat Caroline is a popular TikTok user who shares advice on cleaning and organizing spaces. In one of her videos, she presented a useful trick for drying wet clothes in just a few moments. You'll need only one thing for this, which you surely already have in your home.

Clothes dry in a flash

Clothes dryers are becoming increasingly popular, but not everyone can afford such an expense. Most people hang clothes on a collapsible drying rack. The laundry dries quickly on the balcony or in the yard on a summer day. However, when temperatures start to drop in the fall, this process can take several hours. Worse yet, frequent drying of wet clothes increases the moisture level in the room, which can lead to mould and mildew growth.

Neat Caroline showed how to solve this problem. The TikToker advised not to hang wet clothes directly on the drying rack rods, as such a large amount of material prevents free air circulation. She suggested placing them on clothes hangers and hanging them on the rack. This will increase the airflow and reduce drying time.

Additionally, this solution allows for the use of the entire drying rack space, enabling the drying of more clothes. "So simple. So genius!" - read the comments.

Another way for express drying

Neat Caroline also presented an alternative method for quick-drying laundry. She suggested laying wet clothes on a dry towel, rolling it up thoroughly, and then squeezing it firmly — allowing the towel to absorb the excess water. Finally, the clothes should be hung on the drying rack. This way, the clothes will dry much faster.
