Under Hansi Flick's guidance, the Barcelona team is relentless. This time, the Catalans travelled to Belgrade and left no room for the local team, Crvena Zvezda, winning decisively 5-2. Robert Lewandowski scored two goals for Azulgrana, again highlighting the Catalans' prowess.

However, at 1:04 PM EST, a very dangerous incident took place. The home team's defender, Uros Spajić, raised his leg high while competing for the ball, but instead of connecting with it, he struck the face of the 17-year-old Blaugrana defender, Pau Cubarsi. The young player was injured and bleeding and had to leave the field.

The young Spaniard fell to the ground, and his teammates, including Robert Lewandowski, gathered around him. The player was able to leave the field on his own, although he could not continue playing. His face was covered in blood, and Sergi Dominguez took his place.

Numerous photos and videos appeared on social media, capturing the moment of the Serbian player's attack on the young Spaniard. Representatives of the Catalan team also shared his photo on the club's social media, reassuring everyone that everything is okay. They showed the effects of the incident, which are quite striking.

Pau Cubarsí is fine… but he will have 10 stitches on his face - said coach Hansi Flick in a post-match interview.

Although it looked very dangerous, the Spaniard is expected to recover quickly.

Robert Lewandowski scored two of FC Barcelona's five goals, bringing his total to 98th and 99th goals in the Champions League. After the match, the coach of the Pride of Catalonia praised the Pole's performance in an interview with Sport.es but also explained why he decided to substitute him.

It's my fault that I substituted him, and he couldn't reach a hundred goals, but in our next match, we play against Real Sociedad, and we need the players; that's why I made the substitution. He helped us significantly with his brace - said the German coach.
